Meet Renee Bennett - author, pastor, preacher, mentor, mother and most of all chocolate lover!
Alongside her husband Cameron, Renee leads the uprising of teenagers and young adults across Qld and NT better known as Youth Alive.
She has a fabulous self-help book out for teenage girls (Broken Wing Butterfly), a picture book for kids coming soon and is loving mumma to three very gorgeous children – Georgia, Liam and Ashton. Above all she is walking proof that your past does not determine your future!
Through serving as a pastor for over fifteen years, Renee has valued the opportunity to communicate with thousands of young people, encouraging them to realise their own worth and to be the best they can be. Having been raised in a single parent home, Renee’s experience meant she developed an empathy with the difficulties faced by children and young people who miss out on decent relationships with either or both parents. However, the single message Renee is determined to share is that each of us can move beyond the pain faced during formative years and live a life that strengthens others.
Renee has been married for eleven years, has three children and lives in Queensland, Australia.
