Budget Accommodation will be at a venue close to the Citipointe Auditorium. Details coming soon.

Transport
There will be NO transport from the budget accommodation venue to either the conference venue OR the local activities, etc. If you are not coming with a group that has their own transport organised please either work out transport for the week or contact the office via info@youthaliveqld.com and we can possibly coordinate a few spare bus spots with other youth groups.
Check In & Check Out
Check in will be open from 3pm on the first day of conference.
You will receive a special coloured arm band for budget accommodation that will gain you (no extras) to the budget accommodation venue.
What to bring
- Mattress
- Bedding (Blankets, Pillows etc)
- Toiletries
- Beach Towel/Shower Towel
- Clothes for the week

Budget Catering
Budget Catering meals will be served at the main Conference Venue (Calvary Church) on the wooden deck at the canteen. It is up to you to ensure you are then on time for the meals – you will be given an armband that will indicate you have access to budget catering for the conference when you check in on the first day.
Dinner will not be served on the first night of conference – it is up to you to coordinate your own meal for the first night. No morning tea will be served but people are free to purchase something from the canteen during morning tea.
If there are specific dietary requirements – please contact the office via info@youthaliveqld.com with your query, we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

- Breakfast Times: 7:30am to 8:15am
- Lunch: 12:30pm to 1:30pm
- Dinner: 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Budget Accommodation
Budget Accommodation will be held at the Calvary College school, individuals will be staying in a large hall (guys & girls separated). There will be basic supervision in the evenings but these team are there for security only, there will be showers and toilets but it will be up to everyone to bring their own bedding.

Check in will be open from 3pm on the first day of conference.
You will receive a special coloured arm band for budget accommodation that will gain you (no tag alongs) to the budget accommodation venue.
Check out will be on the Saturday morning by 10:00am the venue must be cleared of all gear as the cleaners will be arriving.
