What is the Youth Alive Conference

The Youth Alive Conferecnce in 2013 is about you and your team encountering God, experiencing incredible praise & worship and having access to teaching and ministry that will empower you to go out and change your world.

How much is registration?

Youth Alive Conference Brisbane and  Youth Alive Conference Townsville

• Individual:
  • early bird registrations – $60.00 (prior to December 1st, 2012)
  • full rate registrations – $80.00 (from December 1st, 2012)
• Group early bird registrations (10+):
  • early bird registrations – $50.00 (prior to December 1st, 2012)
  • full rate registrations – $70.00 (from December 1st, 2012)
• Single night session only – $10 (only available at conference)
• One day only (three sessions) – $30 (only available at conference)

There will be a credit card transaction fee of $2.00 per booking, larger groups of ten and above have the option to pay via bank transfer (registrations after January cannot be made using Bank Transfer – email info@youthaliveqld.com if this will not work for you).

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes you can.

Tickets will be at the full rate price of $80.00 (no group discount at the door).

How much are individual days or nights?

• Individual full week registrations (during conference) – $80.00
• Single night session only – $10 (only available at conference)
• One day only (three sessions) – $30 (only available at conference)

Are group ticket bookings available?

Group tickets can be purchased in one large and easy transaction via the tickets page http://tickets.youthaliveqld.com

How will I receive my Ticket?

All tickets for the 2013 Youth Alive Conference will be delivered via email, no printed tickets will be provided. If you have a large group you will be required to print the tickets and hand one to each person OR one delegate can come and pick up the armbands for the entire group earlier in the day.

When will check in be open?

Check in will be open from 3:00pm on the first day of the conference, after that the doors will open 30minutes before each session time.

Can I get promotion materials sent?

Note: We will only be able to send to your school/church/business.

Posted items must be sent to a business, church or school and require a mailing address that is not a PO box.

What are the partnership (sponsor) options?

Youth Alive Qld would not be able to put on these events without the support from businesses as partners of our events. If you would like to become a partner, please email info@youthaliveqld.com and also look at the Becoming a Partner page.

How would I make a donation for the event?

If you wish to make a donation to enable Youth Alive please transfer the amount to the bank details provided on our website with the narration “donation conf” and email the transaction record to info@youthaliveqld.com

Is a tax deductible donation possible?

Youth Alive Qld has a DGR (deductible gift recipient) arm that enables us to facilitate our education and school seminar projects. If you wish to make a donation towards this please email info@youthaliveqld.com first and we will produce a receipt for your intended donation plus provide you with different bank transfer details. This donation will be used for the work in schools each year, not directly for conference.

Can I bring my camera?

Photography equipment is permitted if you email info@youthaliveqld.com first and agree to provide photos to Youth Alive Qld after the event, however point and click cameras and mobile phones are preferred and Youth Alive Qld is not liable for broken or stolen goods on the night.

Will there be a cloak room?

There will not be a cloak room at the 2012 Youth Alive Conferences

I want to run a stall, how do I organise that?

Stalls to sell food and drinks are not available, if you wish to have a stand to promote your business or organisation please refer to the Becoming a Partner page or email info@youthaliveqld.com

Is there an age limit?

Patrons under 18 should be accompanied by a responsible person over the age of 18.

Safety and security of minors at the event.

Youth Alive Qld Conferences are an all ages event. You will not be able to purchase or consume alcohol at the event. We strongly recommend young people aged from 15 to 18 be accompanied by a responsible adult (18 or over).

Can I get a timetable of the night?

We do not publicly provide the full timetable of the night, please refer to the program page closer to the event.

How do I volunteer for the event?

Volunteer applications are now open, all applications are taken through the website, just go to the Conference Volunteers page and select the Apply to Volunteer option. All successful applicants will be contacted in the coming months, we do expect volunteers to still buy tickets for the event.
